| The biggest challenge
with writing a biography is standing out amongst all the other real estate professionals
with similar web pages. Yes I am married to a nice guy, Will who put this web
site together for me. I am a proud mom to two beautiful grown daughters, Karen
and Stephanie and I am very fortunate to be the grandmother of 2 wonderful grandchildren,
Tyler and Lilly.
Like many of you, I have personally experienced
corporate relocation several times. I understand the emotions involved with spouses,
children and even pets. The enthusiasm at the prospect of moving to a new area
is often overshadowed by the frustration with all of the details of moving a household
of people across the country, across the state or even across town. I know those
feelings all too well.
My job is to help you make that transition as smoothly
as possible. I know that I am good at what I do because my clients tell me so
and because I am highly successful. |
Prior to entering
the real estate profession, I worked for the corporate headquarters of a large
property management company. I "relocated" to the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel
Hill area in 1994 and have been a full-time real estate professional since early
1995. My company, Coldwell Banker, Howard Perry and Walston Realtors manages
approximately 65% of all corporate relocation either into or from this area
through Cartus, the premier provider of outsourced corporate relocation services
in the United States. We are the designated broker
in this area for Cartus. I am personally honored to be a member of the Cartus
team for my company.
